Job Description
Notion is seeking a Product Operations Manager to facilitate collaboration between teams and enhance product development efficiency. This role involves supporting the product team by refining processes, improving communication, and ensuring the success of new products and features. The Product Operations Manager will also serve as a liaison between Product and Go to Market Organizations.

Role involves:
  • Driving insights for product prioritization.
  • Improving processes and automating tasks.
  • Representing customer needs.
  • Coordinating feature launches.
  • Managing early access programs.
  • Gathering and translating feedback into actionable insights.
  • Building reporting dashboards.
  • Stakeholder management.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, project management, or product ownership.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in multiple offices.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions with limited data.
