Job Description

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an IT Service Reliability Engineer to maintain and manage Microsoft Active Directory and related services for global use. The engineer will collaborate with global teams in North America and Europe to provide seamless, efficient, and reliable Active Directory solutions. This role involves preventing hardware, OS, software, and network issues, identifying root causes, and maintaining service continuity. The engineer will also work with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, create repeatable workflows, and enhance service levels. They will lead the implementation of Active Directory identity management, security governance, maintenance, and audit responses.

• Maintaining and managing Microsoft Active Directory and related services.
• Collaborating with global teams to provide seamless Active Directory solutions.
• Preventing hardware, OS, software, and network issues.
• Leading Active Directory identity management and security governance.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing multiple Windows Servers.
• Practical experience in managing Microsoft Active Directory or Entra ID.
• Technical knowledge of LDAP and SAML authentication.
• Business-level English and Japanese (N1 or equivalent) proficiency.
