Job Description
Cabify is seeking an Analyst for its Control Tower team in Lima, Peru. This role is within the Cabify Logistics team, which aims to position the Cabify brand with energy, optimism, and passion. The Analyst will support the Liveops team, ensuring the proper management of services to meet defined SLAs. They will maintain balanced communication with external clients and internal drivers, aiming for an acceptable NPS for both groups. The role involves proactively suggesting process improvements, providing timely solutions to critical complaints, and leading the team with an emphasis on quality and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Liveops team to ensure compliance with assigned functions.
- Maintaining balanced communication with external (clients) and internal (drivers) audiences.
- Proposing improvements in area processes.
- Providing timely solutions to critical complaints.
- Monitoring compliance with protocols within the fleet.
- Preparing indicators and reports of daily incidents.
- Scheduling visits to operations to ensure compliance with protocols.
Requirements:
- Alignment with Cabify's principles.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in retail, technology, food delivery, or last-mile logistics.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in call center or back office, handling complaints and building customer loyalty (desirable).
- Proactive attitude.
- Ability to learn and adapt to change.
- Results-oriented.
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft Excel & Tableau is a plus.
