Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Logistics CEX Planning Analyst to join their Logistics team in Lima, Peru. This role involves dimensioning fleet needs, managing operational requirements, and participating in tariff definition sessions with clients. The analyst will also analyze margins and seek efficiencies in operations.

Role Involves:

  • Leading the weekly vehicle dimensioning process based on client projections.
  • Managing and updating the operational requirements matrix per client.
  • Elaborating onboarding plans for drivers.
  • Participating in tariff definition sessions with clients.
  • Analyzing margins and seeking efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Alignment with Cabify's principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail, technology, food delivery, or last-mile logistics.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in call center or back office.
  • Practical and continuous delivery attitude.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft Excel & Tableau (optional).
