Logistics Fleet Coordinator

Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Logistics Fleet Coordinator to join their Operations team in Lima, Peru. This role is crucial in ensuring the acquisition, activation, and retention of a fleet of light and heavy cargo vehicles to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sustainable strategies through various channels and managing the budget for acquisition, loyalty, and reactivation initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the acquisition, activation, and retention of independent light and heavy cargo fleets.
• Meeting the budget established for investment in acquisition, loyalty, and reactivation strategies.
• Leading the operational fleet staff, ensuring compliance with assigned functions.
• Developing initiatives throughout the LTV of driver-partners.
• Ensuring the operational documentary record of all cargo transport drivers.
• Implementing processes and projects to manage issues related to vehicles and drivers.
• Implementing management and measurement models for key indicators in the acquisition, loyalty, reconciliation, and reporting process.
• Building and constantly feeding databases of drivers suitable to meet client requirements promptly.
• Developing large-scale initiatives to respond quickly to incremental fleet increases required by the client.
• Developing pricing models, benchmarking, and competitive monitoring regarding rates in the cargo transport sector.
• Ensuring maximum utilization and operational efficiency of the company's assets (own vehicles) and its drivers.

Requirements:

• Alignment with Cabify's principles.
• Professional in business administration, logistics administration, transport administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in areas related to logistics and cargo transport.
• Experience managing reconciliation processes with drivers and fleet acquisition, as well as experience leading teams.
• Negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or any other data analysis tool (desirable).
