Job Description
Policy Expert is seeking a Retail Pricing Analyst to join their fast-growing team. The successful candidate will support the Group Head of Retail Pricing and Implementation to achieve efficient pricing across all products. This role involves identifying pricing changes, scanning market movements, reviewing portfolio performance, and liaising with stakeholders. The analyst will also develop an understanding of loss ratio trends and support the preparation of the Trading Committee.
Role Involves:
- Identifying day-to-day pricing changes to meet sales targets.
- Scanning market movements to identify appropriate responses.
- Reviewing portfolio mix and business performance.
- Liaising with Retail & Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Supporting the preparation of the Trading Committee.
- Setting pricing for ancillary products.
Requirements:
- Degree in a numerically based discipline (e.g., Maths, Data, Statistics).
- Experience with data modeling techniques.
- 2+ years of insurance pricing experience.
- Commercial focus and performance management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Reactivity and speed in execution.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
