Job Description

Backbase is seeking a Project Manager to join their Customer Success department. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects globally, acting as a liaison between Backbase's internal teams and clients. This role requires effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.Role involves:

• Managing projects globally.
• Coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders.
• Supporting customers/partners.
• Advising clients on implementing online applications.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Experience in the financial sector.
• Experience in a startup/scaleup environment.
• Experience managing a program.
• Superior knowledge of standard software tools.
• Strong understanding of agile philosophy.
• Experience in financial management, client management, project team management, change management, and risk/issue management.
