Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer to contribute to their innovative AI and Salesforce solutions. The candidate will work directly with customers to understand their business needs, define requirements, and deliver tailored solutions. This role involves architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and AJAX. The Sr. Developer will also contribute to internal product development, building major components of NeuraFlash's internal product.
Role Involves:
- Defining requirements with customers
- Presenting and delivering solutions
- Architecting solutions
- Developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and AJAX
- Leading technical design sessions
- Training and mentoring team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical position
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development or configuration
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree
- Experience with Salesforce project deployments, including release and multi-environment management
- Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud (a plus)
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript
- Experience with Web Services Concepts like REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
- Strong team player with great communication skills
