Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a skilled BI Engineer - Snowflake developer to manage the lifecycle of analytics dashboards and standard reporting. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions using Snowflake as the data warehouse platform and creating interactive business insights dashboards in Tableau. The candidate will communicate with stakeholders, maintain datasets, and mentor junior teammates.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions using Snowflake.
- Creating interactive business insights dashboards in Tableau.
- Communicating with stakeholders to produce and maintain datasets and documentation.
- Mentoring junior teammates.
Requirements:
- 6+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
- 3+ years’ experience in Snowflake.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with GTM data and exposure to Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience on Python, Pyspark.
- Proficiency in SQL and database table design.
- Understanding of data architecture design, data modeling, and physical database design and tuning.
