Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to train AI models by providing human feedback to improve AI models of world's most innovative companies. The role involves helping cutting-edge generative AI models write better code. Previous AI experience is not required.This is a remote freelance opportunity with flexible hours.Role Involves:
- Crafting and answering questions related to computer science to train AI models.
- Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models.
- Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science at a selective institution.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in South African English.
- Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
- Remote, flexible work.
