XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join its Technology Infrastructure team. This role involves promoting secure and high-quality technologies to clients, ensuring trust in the business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, results-oriented, and eager to tackle challenges, driving digital transformation.

Role Involves:

• Sustaining and administering servers in OnPremises and Cloud environments
• Mitigating vulnerabilities and hardening systems (InfraSecOps)
• Designing and collaborating on server architecture in data centers/cloud
• Working in teams for troubleshooting and crisis management

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems at scale
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and File Servers
• Experience managing servers in the Cloud, preferably Azure
• Knowledge of applying security patches to servers

Nice to have:

• Experience in Private Cloud / Multicloud
• Experience with Ansible, Powershell scripts
• Experience in Middleware( Webservers, Mensageria, etc. )
• SO and Cloud certifications
