Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Analista de Projetos e Processos to join its Security Services team. This role is within the Gestão de Processos e Fornecedores area, which focuses on mapping and improving processes within the BU XP Securities Services, as well as monitoring service quality and driving improvements with service providers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about generating value for clients and internal teams, with a strong interest in identifying process improvement opportunities and enhancing relationships with suppliers.Role involves:

• Mapping processes within the BU and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Mapping flows and processes with external and internal clients to analyze opportunities, problems, and improvements.
• Addressing and prioritizing opportunities identified with stakeholders.
• Monitoring the quality of service providers (systems, controllers, and custodians) and driving improvements.
• Assisting in the creation of indicators to monitor the quality of BU services.
• Breaking down project objectives and scope into action plans and goals.
• Maintaining constant dialogue with stakeholders regarding product functionalities and evolutions.

Requirements:

• Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders and make important connections.
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Financial Market, preferably the fund industry and fiduciary administration.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in Discovery and flow mapping.
