Alarm.com is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join their International Sales Operations team. This role focuses on process improvement, sales tools, and positively impacting Alarm.com's business. The specialist will work closely with the sales team, contributing to various improvement projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Working directly with the sales and sales operations team on process improvements.
• Coordinating supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
• Creating pricing structures for new solutions and service offerings.
• Maintaining updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
• Collecting and organizing data into spreadsheets and developing reports.
• Collaborating on various improvement projects for the sales operation team.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong communication and writing skills, an analytical mindset, and creativity.
• Ability to identify trends, break down data, and find key insights.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
