Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support its Go-To-Market (GTM) growth. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans tailored to the EMEA GTM organization. They will also define and deliver key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders.

The Sales Operations Manager will facilitate key business meetings, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal, customer success, and quarterly business reviews, providing key insights and outcomes. They will also be responsible for annual planning for GTM, including quota, territory, HC planning, and cross-functional support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant Sales Operations experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable
