Flo, a leading female health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, seeks a Director of Social Growth. This role is pivotal in scaling Flo's influencer, creator, and organic social media strategy, focusing on driving installs, revenue, and ROAS. The Director will lead cross-functional teams, develop scalable creator programs, and oversee organic social media presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Flo became the first product of its kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024. The company is backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic.
Responsibilities: - Overseeing and leading Flo’s influencer strategy and team end-to-end.
- Developing scalable programs with creators that drive both brand affinity and direct response.
- Leading the organic social media team, setting clear performance goals and mentoring team members.
- Collaborating with Brand & Comms, Growth, and Content teams to ensure unified messaging.
Requirements: - Proven track record in social media and influencer-led growth.
- Experience driving lower-funnel metrics through social: installs, revenue, ROAS.
- Strong user acquisition mindset.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and emerging platforms (genAI).
- Deep knowledge of “TikTok SEO” and sustainable content-driven organic growth in TikTok.
- Agile and experiment-first mindset.
