Job Description
Innovid, a leading omnichannel ad tech platform, is seeking a Billing Manager to lead its billing team and processes. This role involves managing the monthly billing process, approving invoices based on platform data, and liaising with account managers and salespeople to verify billing information. The Billing Manager will also need to deeply understand Innovid's products, clients, and processes.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the billing team, including training, task assignment, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Leading weekly meetings to review account trends and identify escalation points.
  • Reviewing and approving monthly billing according to the existing billing process.
  • Investigating invoice discrepancies and revising invoices when necessary.
  • Maintaining a thorough monthly billing process documentation.
  • Assisting with audit requests and managing the Zendesk/Billing Inbox queue.
  • Providing internal reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Billing/revenue cycle operations.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience in a billing-related setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills (pivots, Vlookup, Excel advanced formulas).
  • Familiarity with billing and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Priority).
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead and encourage others.
