Senior Tech Lead

Job Description

TripArc, a $750 million company powering travel agencies and tour operators, is seeking a Senior Tech Lead. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers to build software aligned with TripArc's roadmap initiatives. This role involves working with a multi-functional team to drive sales performance and revenue growth. The Senior Tech Lead will own projects from inception to release, adhering to DevOps guidelines and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of full-stack developers.
• Driving agile development practices.
• Mentoring and coaching team members.
• Owning sprint planning and release processes.
• Designing end-to-end technical solutions.
• Architecting scalable microservices.

Requirements include:

• 6+ years of experience with the Microsoft .NET stack.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Developer.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and related technologies.
• Front-end experience with Angular 17+.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines.
