The Business Unit Director will play a pivotal role in steering the team towards innovations and strategic collaborations, elevating client accounts across the group. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of expanding portfolios and securing new business.
Accountable for customer/partnership relationships and revenue growth.
Partnering with senior clients/partners to drive opportunity for growth.
Developing strong, respected relationships at a senior level across the group.
Identifying and farming opportunities with bespoke creative briefs.
Working closely with regional leadership to support team development.
Managing dedicated staff utilization, account P&L’s, and budgets.
Requirements:

Past experience in managing large numbers of stakeholders.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Good commercial acumen and financial management skills.
Experience in managing an account that has gone through a business transformation.
