Job Description
Mentimeter is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Higher Education team in Stockholm. This role focuses on driving retention and revenue growth among Higher Education Enterprise customers across EMEA. The Customer Success Manager will ensure customers gain maximum value from Mentimeter by driving product adoption, engagement, and long-term success. They will collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience, guiding institutions through onboarding, training, and value realization.

Role involves:
  • Managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers in the higher education vertical.
  • Developing onboarding, roll-out, and training strategies.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure they achieve maximum value from Mentimeter.
  • Collaborating with Relationship Managers to grow and retain accounts.
  • Delivering webinars, workshops, and data-driven insights.
  • Serving as the customer’s voice internally.
  • Monitoring customer health and acting proactively.
  • Contributing to a scalable Customer Success strategy.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience managing international customer-facing projects.
  • Proven ability to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Experience delivering customer trainings, webinars, or onboarding sessions.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interest in data and analytics.
  • Fluent in professional-level English.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset.
