Data Integrations Specialist

Job Description

DeepIntent is seeking a Data Integrations Specialist to manage client data integrations. This client-facing role requires strong project management skills to ensure fast, transparent, and error-free integrations for agency and brand clients. The specialist will configure integrations through the user interface, collaborate with backend engineers for custom cases, and manage custom PLD reports. They will also handle documentation and serve as the main point of contact for integration-related matters.

What This Role Involves:
• Managing target list handoffs
• Supporting existing/live integrations maintenance
• Acting as a point person for client discussions and implementations
• Managing custom PLD reports
• Collaborating with engineers on escalation cases
• Managing documentation for internal & client integrations
• Serving as the main point of contact for all integration-related issues

Requirements:
• Programmatic and/or publisher experience with a strong analytics background
• Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to gather requirements and convert them into actionable tasks
• Strong understanding of data transfer methods like sFTP and S3
• Ongoing curiosity and drive to find process optimization/automation opportunities
