Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support its LATAM Go-to-Market motion. The Deal Desk Analyst will work to appropriately structure deals to be a ‘Win-Win’ for both customers and Twilio. The ideal candidate will be passionate, dedicated, and possess the ability to understand complex problems while providing clear explanations and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Establish trusted working relationships with Deal Desk team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Commercial Finance, and Sales.
- Ensure forward deal momentum while providing excellent customer service to Sales partners.
- Utilize spreadsheets for in-depth data analysis to support deal structuring & pricing decisions.
- Help educate, guide, and ensure that the Sales and GTM Operations Team follows internal contracting policies and processes.
- Provide end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs.
- Collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting in compliance with corporate policies.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus minimum 2 years experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing operations.
- A diligent, detail oriented skill set, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at one time, while remaining extremely organized.
- Self-starter with a “can do” attitude who is comfortable asking questions
- Advanced Excel skills
- English language proficiency with advanced communication skills in Portuguese and Spanish
