Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Change Coordinator to manage and coordinate complex changes across multiple stakeholders. The Change Coordinator will be responsible for managing deployment and change activities, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining detailed documentation. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and driving continuous improvement in change management processes.

What This Role Involves:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Preparing Release Notes and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.
  • Change Coordination: Coordinating changes with internal and external parties, managing the delivery plan, and proactively managing information flow.
  • Continuous Improvement: Driving resolution of issues, ensuring metrics are gathered, and optimizing change management processes.

Requirements:
  • High self-motivation and excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a systematic approach to coordinating activities.
  • Critical thinking and decisive judgment skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote team setting.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of work experience in IT or a related field.
