Job Description
Teads is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to build and maintain partnerships within the platforms and SSP ecosystem. This role involves representing the business relationship with supply-side platform partners, including SSPs, mobile carriers, OEMs, App Developers, and Push Notification and Newsletter partners.
The Senior Partnership Manager will manage post-sale relationships with supply providers, building long-term relationships to help them achieve their goals through implementation, optimization, and new product adoption.
What this role involves:
- Onboarding, managing, and growing client relationships with supply partners.
- Serving as the main point of contact for post-sales accounts, supporting client needs and technical troubleshooting.
- Consulting regularly with clients to understand priorities, review performance, and share product updates.
- Overseeing core technology integrations (ORTB, Header bidding, JS, SDK, and API).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build platform partner strategies.
- Preparing and leading quarterly business reviews for client executives.
- Forecasting and tracking client performance metrics.
- Collecting client feedback on product features and performance.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in programmatic account management or a similar function.
- Programmatic advertising experience (e.g., at a publisher or SSP).
- Experience upselling products and handling contractual renewals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable understanding technical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in ad tech.
- Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Looker, or Redash).
- Experience with API, SDK, and/or JavaScript integrations.
