Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to contribute their coding expertise in training AI models. This remote freelance opportunity allows individuals to help improve innovative companies' AI models by providing human feedback. The role focuses on training large language models to write better code. There is no need for previous AI experience.Responsibilities:
- Crafting and answering computer science questions to train AI models.
- Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models.
- Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science at a selective institution.
- Proficiency in one or more of: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in Spanish - Chile.
- Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
