Job Description
Labelbox is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Perception engineering team. This role involves building user-friendly and efficient tools for developing AI systems. The Senior Engineering Manager will manage daily team operations, provide technical expertise in full-stack development, and collaborate with other engineering teams.

Role Involves:
  • Managing daily team operations, including sprint planning and standups.
  • Providing technical leadership in full-stack development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • 2+ years of experience managing technical engineering teams.
  • Expertise in TypeScript and Python.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React.
  • Project management expertise with agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
