Job Description
dbt Labs is seeking a Regional Director of Solutions Architecture to lead the Southeast team. This role involves leading a team of Solutions Architects, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success. The Regional Director will build strong customer relationships, ensure technical excellence, and drive sales efforts, partnering with the sales and broader Americas revenue team.

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Solutions Architects
  • Promoting a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture
  • Partnering with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets
  • Guiding GTM strategy by providing insight on sales strategy and product gaps
  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates

Requirements:
  • Residency in the Southeastern U.S. and willingness to work East Coast hours
  • 7+ years of pre-sales experience, including 3+ years of direct frontline management
  • Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
