Outlier is seeking experienced coders to train generative AI models and improve their Artificial Intelligence models by providing human feedback. This remote, flexible freelance position involves engaging with AI models as they learn to code, crafting and answering computer science questions, and evaluating AI-generated code. There is no requirement for previous AI experience.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science at a selective institution.
- Proficiency in one or more of: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
- Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
- Must be authorized to work in your country of residence.
