Job Description
SonicWall, a cybersecurity company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Territory Manager (TAM) to join its sales organization in Tokyo, Japan. The Senior Territory Manager will drive sales through distributors, channel partners, and MSPs.SonicWall is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.Responsibilities:
  • Driving revenue growth through distributors, channel partners, and MSPs.
  • Partner Recruitment - Work with distributors and SonicWall internal team to identify potential new partners.
  • Engage and support channel partners in activities to assist in pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Promote and drive marketing campaigns with Distribution to and through Partners.
  • Build track and measure outcomes on a weekly/monthly and hold Quarterly Business Review.
  • Forecast Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly on Sales Out and Sales In, and unmanaged business.
  • Liaises between Customers, Distributors, Partners and the SonicWall sales organization.
  • Enhance and further build relationships with Distribution Partners based upon knowledge of SonicWall’s technology, products, and services through SonicWall University.
  • Map SonicWall’s value propositions into a partner's strategic priorities to create compelling events for their sales force.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT/Security/Networking products Sales.
  • College or University degree.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of the distribution ecosystem and environment.
  • Ability to combine complex data and analyzes into actionable business plans which facilitate decision-making.
  • Ability to engage in active listening and draw out key conclusions from colleagues, Partner, Distributor and Customer relationships
  • Additional knowledge to Network Security landscape like Zero Trust, MSS would be a benefit.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data driven approach.
  • Self-starter with ability to follow through on projects assigned.
  • Team player but required to be highly independent at times with a desire for success.
  • Ability to develop and execute a joint business plan that maps out quota achievement strategies and tactics.
  • English communication skills would be a benefit.
