Job Description
Flow Traders is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their HR team in Amsterdam. This role is integral to an exciting transformation project, revamping the payroll process and HRIS. The Payroll Specialist will collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and smooth integration of new payroll systems. This position is expected to evolve into a Finance department role post-transformation.
Role involves: - Ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, profit share, commissions, and deductions.
- Maintaining employee payroll records and addressing discrepancies.
- Ensuring benefit programs and deductions are correctly applied.
- Preparing audit materials and responding to payroll queries.
- Maintaining and updating employee files in the HRIS system.
- Assisting with payroll and HR documentation for new hires and leavers.
- Participating in the review of the current HRIS and payroll system.
- Developing new workflows and supporting the implementation of new payroll systems.
Requirements: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in payroll processing or administration.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
