Senior Associate to Counsel - Corporate/M&A

Sterlington is seeking a Senior Associate to Counsel for their Corporate/M&A team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of corporate law experience, preferably with Funds and LLC investments. This is a remote position based in the USA. Sterlington is the ultimate law firm for private clients, private capital, senior executives, founders, HNWIs and family offices, as well as related businesses, in both corporate and litigation matters.The Role Involves:

• Working with a leading Corporate/M&A partner.
• Representing buyers and sellers in middle market transactions.
• Advising founders and significant investors.
• Representing investment managers and wealth management platforms.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in Corporate and M&A law at an AM Law 50 firm.
• Experience with Funds and LLC investments is ideal.
