Rockstar Games is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join its Core Security team in Edinburgh, Scotland. The Engineering Manager will manage a team of software engineers to build, scale, and maintain innovative products using C++. They will define team objectives, create actionable plans, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The Engineering Manager will also conduct performance reviews, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role.

• Experience working with shared codebases and source control platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
