Dandelion Energy is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to spearhead customer acquisition and growth marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in scaling the company's mission to decarbonize home heating. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns, developing integrated marketing strategies, and managing marketing automation tools. They will also lead the organic social media strategy, create engaging content, and plan and execute field and industry events.
Own and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
Develop integrated marketing strategies
Manage and optimize marketing automation tools
Lead Dandelion’s organic social media strategy
Write and manage content across landing pages, paid ads, email, and social channels
Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and channel attribution
Plan and execute field and industry events
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
3+ years of experience in in-house or corporate marketing roles
2+ years owning demand generation campaigns
2+ years planning and executing marketing events
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally across teams
Comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy, and evolving environment
Willingness to work 4 days/week in-office at our Arlington HQ
Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
