Dott, the European champion of shared micro-mobility, is seeking a Global Insurance Lead to maintain its insurance program and support various business requirements. The role involves ensuring the right balance between commercial performance and insurance cover while maintaining business compliance. The Global Insurance Lead will report to the Chief Legal Officer and will have the opportunity to design innovative insurance plans.Responsibilities:

• Interact with brokers and insurance partners to maintain the insurance program.
• Assess risk exposures and deploy procurement strategies for optimal commercial performance.
• Build data analytics on accidents and business exposure.
• Ensure monitoring of claims and coordinate across the company for resolution.
• Lead and support business stakeholders on insurance topics.
• Own the insurance Profit and Loss (P&L) budget.
• Review policy terms and negotiate with insurance providers.
• Advise on insurance requirements imposed by vendors and third-party providers.
• Provide trainings on the Group insurance portfolio.
• Develop an insurance roadmap and collaborate with various teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on insurance matters for the Group.

Requirements:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Subject matter expertise on insurance regulatory landscape.
• Understanding of how to automate processes between reporting and claims management.
• Eagerness to understand operations and share risk analysis supported by data.
• Understanding of insurance regulations and policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively on complex insurance topics.
• Proactive leader, anticipating future challenges and opportunities.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Strong sense of ownership.
