SpotOn is seeking a Customer Service Agent for their Krakow, Poland office. This role involves working the afternoon shift and providing support to clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Role involves:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Managing backlog and inbox
- Providing first-time resolution to issues
- Ensuring quality assurance
- Attending additional training
- Avoiding unnecessary calls
- Addressing CSAT detractors
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- High school diploma
- Ability to work in hybrid mode (3 days in office, 2 days remote after probation)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with conflict resolution
- Familiarity with CRM, Salesforce, Talkdesk
