Heartflow, a medical technology company focused on advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and office management of its facilities worldwide. This role involves leading a small team and ensuring the smooth operation of Heartflow's sites.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including infrastructure maintenance and occupant support.
- Manage facilities spend within approved budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain office services and ensure timely resolution of workforce tickets.
- Manage office/cubicle map design and workspace planning.
- Prepare disaster response plans and participate in recovery exercises.
- Ensure readiness for facilities audits and implement remediations.
- Maintain updated site inspection logs and vendor lists.
- Work with building managers to resolve facility-related issues.
- Provide backup assistance to administrative team members.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships.
