Job Description

PlayStation is seeking a Data Product Manager to join their Data & AI Platform team. This role focuses on defining and managing the roadmap for Subscription and Sales Data Products, specifically related to PlayStation Plus. The Data Product Manager will collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build solutions, manage product roadmaps, and ensure documentation is consistent and accessible.

Role involves:

  • Defining product vision and strategies for Subscriptions and Sales Data Products.
  • Conducting business analysis to define business problems and desired outcomes.
  • Managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features.
  • Collaborating with engineering and analytics teams.
  • Building relationships with business stakeholders and communicating product roadmaps.
  • Ensuring features are backed by relevant metrics.
  • Documenting product metadata.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience in managing subscriptions or e-commerce products.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-informed product design.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake using basic SQL skills) and commercial reporting suites (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Domo and Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional team player with experience working with data engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
