SEE, College Sports (Home Improvement Client)

Job Description

Octagon is seeking a Senior Event Executive to contribute to planning and executing events for a home improvement client, specifically focusing on college sports. This role is based in Atlanta, GA, and involves working with College GameDay and NCAA Final Four events.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team in planning and implementing College GameDay and NCAA Final Four activations.
• Collaborating with various Octagon teams (creative, client services, digital) to develop branded experiences.
• Assisting in the management of vendors and partners.
• Interacting with consumers and directing temporary staff on-site.
• Creating execution guides and program recaps.
• Participating in brainstorms and creative ideation.

Requirements include:

• A passion for sports, entertainment, live events, and experience marketing.
• 2-3 years of experience in event production or experiential marketing.
• Solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel (35% in season).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and work weekends/holidays.
