This role is crucial to the growth of Adyen's business and brand, managing relationships with international merchants across various industries. The Account Manager will work on cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment, becoming an expert in global payments through the AM Academy.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with other Account Managers on diverse accounts.
- Managing customer relationships with a focus on commercial growth and satisfaction.
- Driving commercial discussions and meeting strategic targets.
- Managing short and long-term projects, leveraging internal support.
- Analyzing data and engaging in technical discussions about payments.
- Providing internal feedback on customer needs.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of client-facing experience in account management, consulting, or the payments industry.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication, networking, and time management skills.
- Passion for working on a wide portfolio of accounts.
- Comfort with spreadsheet analysis and technical discussions.
