Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Senior Manager of Implementation - Digital (Americas) to lead the Digital pillar across the Americas region. This role involves providing strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of implementation projects for Adyen's Digital customers. The Senior Manager will oversee a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads, focusing on reducing time to live and managing complex operational challenges.

What this role involves:
  • Leading, developing, and scaling a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads.
  • Driving the quality and standardization of project delivery.
  • Executing the implementation strategy into a focused roadmap.
  • Managing complex operational challenges and providing guidance to team leads.
  • Liaising with product and commercial leadership and participating in ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborating with other teams to grow the IM organization.
  • Defining and executing strategic initiatives to advance the IM function's OKRs.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement, innovation, and results.
  • Strong understanding of global commerce challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and grow high-performing teams.
  • Strong focus on execution and driving operational excellence.
  • Ability to identify operational, commercial, and technical opportunities.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and change.
