Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join their Monitoring & Testing team in Singapore. This role is crucial for building and executing a robust monitoring and testing framework, combining automated control monitoring with thematic testing reviews. The Senior Compliance Manager will enhance the oversight of key compliance risks, ensuring controls operate effectively across the business. This position reports to the Global Head of Monitoring & Testing and the Head of Compliance for OKX Singapore.

What this role involves:
  • Designing and implementing compliance monitoring activities.
  • Leading and executing testing reviews.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining testing methodologies.
  • Providing actionable insights from monitoring results.
  • Supporting the refinement of key compliance metrics and dashboards.
  • Contributing to annual planning and regulatory exam readiness.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of MAS regulations.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a second line of defense Monitoring & Testing or Audit role.
  • Strong knowledge of control testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience designing or operating automated monitoring routines.
  • Familiarity with Singapore regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's Degree qualified.
