Job Description
Recharge, the #1 subscription platform, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their growing Sales team in London. Recharge empowers ecommerce brands to simplify retention and growth. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify leads, communicate Recharge’s value proposition, and drive sales growth through new customer acquisition.
This role involves:
- Identifying and targeting emerging merchants.
- Using cold calling, emailing, video, and social selling to connect with prospective merchants.
- Communicating Recharge’s value proposition.
- Managing a pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and partnership teams.
Recharge is looking for someone who brings:
- Inside technology sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

The sales team is based out of three hubs (Toronto, Canada, Lehi, Utah and London UK). Recharge is looking for candidates to work in-office at their London hub, 3 days a week. Office location: Close to Old Street Station
