Recharge, a leading subscription platform, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Executives in London. This role is based in the London office near Old Street Station and reports to the Director of Sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving team quota achievement, coaching and developing sales representatives, and fostering a high-performance culture.Recharge is dedicated to empowering brands to easily set up and manage subscriptions, create dynamic experiences at every customer touchpoint, and continuously evaluate business performance.
What this role involves: - Delivering team quota and key performance metrics.
- Coaching and developing representatives to achieve their targets.
- Leading the team through the full operating cadence, including QBRs and forecast meetings.
- Hiring and onboarding top sales talent.
- Setting a strong tone through clear communication and accountability.
Requirements: - 6+ years of SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of high-performing Account Executives.
- Relevant ARR experience at a software company doing >$50M in ARR.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or BIPSY.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage up to VP-level.
- Proven ability to hire top sales talent and ramp new representatives quickly.
- Background in e-commerce or the Shopify ecosystem is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (~15%).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
