Job Description
AutoProff is seeking a Product Manager to join their Tech and Product team in Vejle, Denmark. The Product Manager will help evolve AutoProff's core trade formats, including Auction, Marketplace, and Buy Now, by collaborating with a cross-functional squad to identify opportunities and create impactful product experiences. This role involves driving the development of digital products and optimizing the operational processes behind them. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating user needs, business priorities, and team dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive a cross-functional squad to deliver product improvements.
- Ensure strong team collaboration and alignment.
- Work with Design and Engineering to define and prioritize solutions.
- Identify product opportunities using data and user feedback.
- Own execution and track outcomes to guide iterations.
- Contribute to product and technology planning.
- Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, and Leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience as a product manager, ideally in a transactional, marketplace, or SaaS environment.
- Strong product intuition.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with product discovery, agile delivery, and iterative development.
