FP&A Junior Analyst

EBANX, a leading payment platform, is seeking a FP&A Junior Analyst to join their team in Curitiba. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-growth technology and payments company, contributing to the company's budget process and financial analysis.EBANX is looking for someone with advanced English skills and a desire to face challenges in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:

• Participate in the company's Budget process, analyzing Actual vs. Budget and support the areas and business units to the planning.
• Analyze the result in a detailed and analytical way, and generate opinions and performance indicators, referring to P&L vs previous periods and Budget.
• Perform modelling of financial scenarios.
• Deep dive analysis and ad hoc projects.
• Support the preparation of Board presentations.
• Work with the improvement of the area processes, seeking to make them more scalable.

Requirements:

• Experience with P&L and FP&A routine.
• Experience with financial modelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with different teams and under time constraints.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity.
• Advanced English.
• Initiative, Proactivity and Curiosity.
• Advanced Office package.
