Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a SMB Team Manager to motivate and coach a team of Regional Account Managers, ensuring they exceed sales quotas and that the territory they manage delivers its revenue goals. The SMB Team Manager will maintain their own pipeline while mentoring sales representatives to exceed their monthly sales quota by targeting new business opportunities. This role is located in either London or Leeds.Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting a team of Regional Account Managers.
  • Maintaining and building a personal sales pipeline.
  • Leading weekly team meetings and 1:1s.
  • Supporting Regional Account Managers with closing deals.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for the SMB team.
  • Monitoring statistics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Providing recommendations for hiring, firing, disciplining, and promoting employees.
Requirements include:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Regional Account Manager.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic mindset, and negotiation skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills.
