Program Management Leader (Hybrid)

KnowBe4 is seeking a Program Management Leader to build and lead Program Management teams, managing the software development process from planning to delivery within a fast-paced, agile environment. The Program Management Leader will be responsible for guiding teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, and fostering effective communication between PM, Development, and QA teams.

This role involves:

• Leading a Program Management Team.
• Assisting teams in adhering to project timelines.
• Facilitating intra-team dynamics.
• Evangelizing KnowBe4’s Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies.
• Providing recommendations on employee management.

Requirements:

• BS or equivalent plus 3 years technical experience in software development or program management.
• Demonstrable expertise of Agile methodology.
• Understanding of agile metrics.
• Passionate commitment to delivering projects/programs on time.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and organization.
