Job Description
FREENOW is seeking a Senior Talent Solutions Specialist for a 2-year maternity cover in London. The role involves shaping the talent landscape, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of recognition and belonging. The Senior Talent Solutions Specialist will manage performance management processes, lead talent reviews, champion the employee engagement platform, develop recognition programs, drive innovative working processes, design and facilitate sessions on talent topics, and participate in the Inclusion and Belonging task force.
  • Managing end-to-end performance management processes
  • Leading the talent review process
  • Championing the employee engagement platform
  • Developing and implementing recognition programs
  • Driving innovative working processes
  • Designing and facilitating impactful sessions
  • Actively participating in the Inclusion and Belonging task force
To be successful, the candidate needs:
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in talent management
  • Solid project management skills
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional understanding of talent management principles
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and facilitating engaging sessions
  • Fluent English
