Outlier is seeking a skilled coding expert to contribute to the training of AI models. This role involves collaborating with the company to refine large AI language models, with the aim of elevating the quality of code generated by these advanced generative models. The candidate will engage with diverse and unique problems, interacting with AI models as they learn to code. Prior AI experience is not a requirement for this position.Responsibilities:
- Creating and answering computer science-related questions to aid in the training of AI models.
- Evaluating and classifying code generated by AI models.
- Enrollment in or graduation from a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, Verilog.
- Ability to explain complex concepts fluently in French.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, especially regarding grammar, punctuation, and stylistic guidelines.
- A fully remote freelance opportunity with flexible hours.
- Project rates currently range from $25 to $50 USD per hour, with potential for higher rates based on skills, evaluations, location, project needs, and other factors.
