Job Description
Omnicom Media Group UK is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator for a fixed-term contract. This role is central to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, supporting recruitment processes across the UK media agency group. The Talent Operations Coordinator will maintain and optimize the ATS (Greenhouse), manage data, reporting, and insights, oversee communication from the TA Team, support project work, and provide team admin support.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with an ATS – ideally Greenhouse
