RD Station is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive for New Business Development - Hunter to join their team in Florianópolis. This role is crucial for driving the growth of RD Station's Partner Program by identifying and onboarding qualified new partners, such as marketing and sales agencies and consultancies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for teaching, and a disciplined and organized approach. They should possess a strong understanding of the market and be adept at building and maintaining relationships with businesses. The Hunter will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of new partners into the program, aligning their business models and expectations with RD Station's goals.

The role involves:

  • Bringing new qualified partners to the program.
  • Connecting businesses that aim for growth.
  • Diagnosing, developing, and aligning partner businesses.
  • Building a path for sustainable growth through strategic management.
  • Managing knowledge of administration, marketing, and sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in technology, communication, or marketing.
  • Practical knowledge of sales methodologies, demonstrating a structured and effective approach (e.g., SPIN Selling).
  • Solid understanding of the agency/consultancy market in communication and marketing.
  • Experience with partner development and training.
